What is the best way to determine rehab costs?
Does anyone have a form they use to go through a house with numbers already figured?
Just looking for a tool to help evalute homes!
Hi,
Go into a Home Depot or Lowe’s and pick up the books from RS Means on Construction Cost Data!
Remodeling Cost’s, Home Building Cost’s, etc.
There are 3 that are relative and are about 1.5 inches thick, they give quantitative values for costs based on square footage or linear footage.
You have to do your own square foot or linear foot take off’s.
