For people who have rehabbed and sold at least several homes - what sort of insurance policy (or policies) do you carry?

And if you wouldn’t mind sharing your carrier(s) and approximate policy price(s), that would be greatly appreciated!

Last one was a 100k policy - 6 month term. It was $600. I think it was Mayville, or something like that. I just got it from my regular agent.
