Hi All,
I’m considering investing in a two apartment multi-family property to rehab it into a single family home. Based on my calculations, I could make up to 60K on this property. Only thing is, since it being multi-family, there are two hot water heaters, two gas meters, two fuse boxes, etc. My question is: what would be involved in converting all utilities to single family, and has anyone had any experience with this?
