Are there real estate investors who would consider hiring a Rehab management service? Say that management service consisted of a team who had 20+ years of experience in real estate, and had a source for great prices on labor and materials?
I’m thinking of getting into this business considering all the investment property’s that are being purchased in my area.

It would depend on what you meant by management ??
If you mean a company that has all the people to do everything possible to a property. along with like you said great prices on labor and materials and experience, then of course.
It depends on the person. Some investors have no problem, some investors do. Myself, maybe to free up my time. But I would learn how to do myself along the way.
