We are a group of investors that are looking to buy a bulk of homes for Rehab. Unfortunately, the majority of the inventory is picked up before it hits the public market. We used have huge success at auction but now even those are scarce of good deals. Is there anyone out there who can help?

Florida is an awfully big state! What area's are you specifically searching in? What price range? What square footage and ammenities? How much rehab do you look to do? Minor? (Lipstick & Rouge) or Major? (Full permitted Gut with all new rehab) Bedrooms and Baths? Pool? 2, 3 or 6 car garage?

FHA loans are not available if it is a non-owner occupied investment property. HOWEVER… If it is a duplex or 4 plex and the borrower is going to live in one of the units, then FHA will work.
