I would like to fix and flip in Atlanta, I went there 6 weeks ago to look at wholesale houses. The prices were so inflated I walked away. I see many good home and would like to buy. Does anyone have advice.
When you say you looked at wholesale houses, these were from another investor? Did you at least make an offer? Asking price is VERY different then selling price…
