Hi,
I am hoping someone that has experience with rehab grants can help. I purchased a turn of the century home at auction. It could be beautiful but needs much rehab first.
I’m thinking it might qualify for some kind of historical preservation grant but the city can not tell me how old it is.
If this kind of grant is not available than maybe some kind of usda or hud grant under the pretext of community rehabilitation??? I would even be interested in a low interest rate loan but for the time being my credit is shot and I do not want any more inquiries as I am trying to pay down bills and repair low score.
I am trying to read up but the more I read the more I realize I don’t speak the language they are writing in.
Any advice or help would be appreciated.
