Hey I just got two properties subject two in Philly. They both need extensive rehab. DOes anyone know of HUD or CBDG grant funding. I plan on hehab and placing them on Sec 8.

I have a very good plan for you. Go to your nearest bank or even better if it’s a lender and ask any sales person the same question. You get to know a lot of institutions in your area. Thanks.
