I like to just get quotes from people on repairs, shopping prices at the home improvement store, etc. Software is only as good as the data plugged into it.
I agree with Justin, plus costs are going to vary based on geographic location. As Justin recommended you need to develop a team (electrician, plumber, roofer, etc.) and get a solid quote from them. You can price out materials yourself at Lowes, Home Depot, Menard’s, 84 Lumber, etc. Once you all of this data you will be able to “plug in” to some software to expedite your bid process
software is not worth the purchase. piece out the repairs yourself and make a printed spreadsheet that you can note in a house while you are there.
