Depends, can you give more info… What is the fico score, full doc or stated, and when was the property purchased?
FICO score 715, full doc, the property was puschase 13 months ago. Currently value at $354,801 with a loan balance of $278,000.
I’m sure there are quite a few brokers on this board that can do it. With that fico, going full doc, and if you have 6 months PITI reserves…you should be able to get 100% if you need it. Of course, rates will be more attractive at 95%.

The loan if for myself and I am looking for a fix loan, amortize over 30 year with a good rate.
