Has anyone had any luck Refi on land trust, lease option, or conract for deed. I have a lender who said they will reife those type of transaction. I was just looking for another exit strategy on some of my properties and wanted to see if any one has done that. The reason for the refi would be pull some equity out of the property.
Those types of transactions are available. Are you on title to the lease options?
