Refinance Money needed Asap

Hi I just built a house and currently need to refinance the home asap., I am looking for a lender who can close within two weeks no longer.

The house I have is worth between 220-250k we owe 110k and would like to refinance 100%

Where are you located? What type of loan? Full Documentation? Verifiable assets? etc. etc.
