I need to refinance a rental home worth $200K and cash out $150k. I only owe $4k on the house. Unfortunately my credit has tanked recently. The house is a solid performer and has been continuously rented since 1981. Any suggestions?

Actually, I just found out that my credit is in the mid-700’s, so it’s not as bad as I thought.

You shouldn’t have a problem getting this done if your credit is in the 7’s. Just shop around for the best rate and terms.
