Does anyone know how long the redemption period is in the state of Wisconsin??

last time I checked, Wisconsin sells Tax deeds with no redemption.

it is 12 months.
However, the lender will almost always reduce that to 6, 3 or 2 months … all depends if property is O/O, N/O/O, vacant…
