Hello, I was just wondering if I need any witnesses to sign my notorized option contract in order to file it in Houston? I have never needed any before but I tried to file a notice of option today and all of a sudden they are asking me for witnesses signatures. I am not sure if the lady was new or if I got lucky on the other ones I filed?
