Recomendation on Pre foreclosure lists?

A lot of companies offer lists that are anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months old.
Some have numbers, some don’t.
I can get two week old pre foreclosures for free from the title company.

I’m looking for phone numbers as well.

Anyone using this type of company with good results.

I plan to call and use direct mail to contact them.

I would think this would be aset of rules and guides to each area /county / state

But a good place to look is at the court house and title compines for the NOD files
