Go to www.kingmailing.com and ask for either Randy or Nikki. They can do mailings for you. You send them the list and ask for the first names to appear on the letter where you tell them to put it and they will print and ship.
Send the list via excel spreadsheet and your letter in Word with hightlights where you want their name to appear and they’ll take it from there.
As far as uploading your design, I’m not sure what you mean. You mean the way you have your letter designed? If that’s the case, then check with King. Good luck!

Have used the good ol United States Postal System with good results. Not the cheapest but for selection, ease of use (you can upload designs and mailing lists) it works for me. www.usps.com
