Reasonable refi rate on single family rental?

I am just curious what the opinion is of a 5.625 refi rate on a single family rental property. Regular mortgage rates have edged down about .2 points since I locked in. Cant tell what investor rates have done. I know this rate works well for me in terms of cash flow, i am just curious what other investor perception/opinion is? Good rate at this time?

That is a great rate for an investment property. If the refi is already in process i wouldn’t start all over again for a few decimal points. The impact on your payment (depending on loan size) is minimal.
