Greetings,

Anyone familar with Realty Trac? They post pre forclosures, auctions and REO. I get a non member daily alert and there is some very good deals. Properties list in most cases well below 30% of what the county tax office has them listed for :o. Anyone an actual member?

realty trac is horrible i cancelled and signed up with forclosure.com dont waste you money

Realtytrac sent me a “hot new lead” 2 days after I had a foreclosure house under contract.

Interesting.

Was it an actual forclosure or preforclosure. Did you contact the home owner?

What were the steps you took to obtain the home.

What about financing? Thanks for any info.
