Do you guys think I should use a realtor to purchas property and whosale. I really don’t have time to look around for properties, I have a pretty demanding schedule (looking to do this full time in the future). I know I don’t have to use them.
Also Anyone familiar with stage four of pre-construction?
If you are using a realtor, just make sure you discuss your plans so they know you will be making lots of low offers in hope of getting some accepted. You may also want to look at HUD properties because you can view those all on-line and some even have property inspection reports you can review.
