Hi Guys, I have 2 questions, if I am a realtor in Virginia, is it okay for me to do options on houses? Or would I lose my licsense?
And the other is, how would i do an option if the house has a realtor?

You will not loose your license for doing options. BUT you might want to look into Virginia State RE License laws to be sure for your state.
