I have been landlording for several years now and I am now ready to sell one of my commercial properties. Although I do not intend to use a realtor, I would not mind paying some form of commission if a realtor brought a potential buyer to me.
Does anyone know about Realtor caravans and how they work? Do you necessarily need to be a realtor to have one? If anyone has any experience with this, please let me know. Thanks!!!

What size commercial property are you talking about?
I don’t know that I’ve ever heard of a Realtor caravan for a commercial property.
It’s a two-story free standing stucco building approx. 2000 square feet on a main business thoroughfare in an area that is gradually growing (previously used as a skincare clinic). Most of the programs I have seen referring to realtor caravans have been for residential properties, however, I didn’t think it would hurt to try it with this property. I just wanted to maximize my options.
Call up a bunch of realtors, ask them to do a walk through to see if any of their buyers might be interested, and voila! You’ve got yourself a “realtor caravan”!
Well, that certainly sounds simple enough. Maybe I’ll give it a shot!!!
Thanks for input.
