Study here first…learn the basics of the different type of investing that matches what your looking for.
Then look for a course.
I highly recommend joining your local Real Estate Investing Club. You will be able to see speakers and such, but more importantly, you could find someone who is willing to mentor you in the field you want to be in.

I liked Steve Cook’s courses to give me better feel as to what needs to be done, but they are not comprehensive. I am ordering Lou Brown courses which everyone in my local investment group uses but they are pricy.
You can find some of the courses on ebay cheaper. Also, you can email me and I might be able to get you in contact with someone for cheaper prices on courses.
