Real Estate Wealth Institute?

Hi, I just recieved this letter in the mail the other day. The name of the company is REAL ESTATE WEALTH INSTITUTE. Well, I can’t seem to find any information about this co. or the founder of the company BILL HALLS. I was hoping that maybe someone in this real estate oriented chat forum, might have heard of him or his company. If so… I would greatly appreciate any information you could give. But if not…Thank you for your time.

I went to their website (http://www.realpropertyriches.com/index.php). Very fishy. They have all these references to “we” and “someone who knows” but at no point do they bother to let you know who they are. There’s a picture of a guy on the front but in place of his name there’s an excruciatingly overused phrase.

And I always cringe when people offer “hidden secrets” that experts don’t know. They usually turn out to be something like “age your classified listings and call them a month later” or “use a marker and sloppy handwriting on your FSBO sign to make it look amateur” (because people care about that when looking for a house).

Looking over the “curriculum,” I don’t see anything that you can’t read about on the free articles here and at other sites like this. I would also look into some of the many books available in the $20 range before giving some faceless entity with its phantom third party merchant your credit card number for some obscure training.

Hi deborahwells,
I appreciate the response and your opinion. I think my instincts follow yours. When I called their number I asked the customer service rep. how many “MENTORS” they have whom work with their customers; she told me it was just her. So, that kinda tells you something fishing is going on. Well thanks again for your response.

Well, they offer free seminars and I plan to attend. It can’t hurt to check them out. Also, I did join their site where they offer members free title searches. I’ve been to busy to try that feature but I’ll give it 3 months to see if I like it.
