Real Estate Training Question

Hi,

I’m new to real estate investing, and with so many companies promising to make you rich, it’s hard to know which are good.

Anyone know anything about Nu-Way Real Estate out of Colorado.

I spoke with their rep on the phone. They offer a online and one-on-one training, which is pretty expensive, but they promise to teach you to find great deals and turn it over to them and they’ll fund it and share 20-30% of the profits, once it sells. It sounds interesting.

If anyone had any experience with them, kindly let me know before I commit.

Thank you.

I have a package they send out. A friend of mine got one, and gave me a copy to look over and to show an attorney we know. I never heard what he did with it, I think nothing, but I"m curious to know what exactly they offer and what they are asking for, and if they are any good.

The key word in your question is…EXPENSIVE!!!

Join your local REI club FIRST. There’s links to ton’s of them here.

You’ve got more experience on this forum than Nu-Way has systems.

Don’t spend a dime with them.

You are the only one that can make you rich - no company can do that for you. Study hard; learn your market; join your local REIA; and then think about investing. It is not easy and no-one is going to do it for you. If it sounds too good to be true - IT IS!

Good Luck,

Mike

I have read many things about them but I have never dealt with them. But from what I have read I would not feel comfortable dealing with them if I had to pay them to basicly work for them.

If you go to google and search for something like “Nu Way Scam” you can usually find every negative thing that is said about any company. Of course as you already know I am sure, to take it all with a grain of salt.

Mike Is Right!
