Is there a website that one can go and be able to estimate repairs on a rehab property, without having to get a contractor? Eventually once i get better understanding of the wholesale busines, i would like to be able to estimate repairs on my own. :help
I can’t remember the exact names of the books, but you can get them from home depot. The books pretty much break down the costs of all materials. I’ll do a search and see if I can find the name of the book, but I’m sure you could find it faster then me.
