The best way? Formally and in writing so that later, down the road, there’ s no “But you said…”.
Others can give you more specifics as to which entity is best for this (LLC, Limited Partnership, etc.)…for this I would try to find “johnmichael” (he’s one of the Moderators and is very approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful!) in the “Asset Protection, Legal and Contract Issues, Income Taxes, 1031 Exchanges” forum…
