Does anyone have any experience with clubs? Is it worth the money?
Yes…in most cases, the networking alone is worth the “price of admission”…

The club here included a copy of a lease that the club wrote together with the state AG. To me that alone was worth the cost not to mention the networking thatKeith mentioned.
There is no question in my mind. RE CLUBS are worth it. Some are better for you than others, depending on your personality and style.
If anything you get to surround yourself with like minded individuals not the naysayers that say “Investing in RE is hard and unattainable”, etc.
I like our local clubs. I don’t like the peddling of systems, but I usually meet someone who is a good contact there. We have a few hundred at every meeting, but most are beginners.

Yes the peddling and hard sales pitch is annoying. That is why the WCRT in Chicago is so popular. They do not allow the presenters to sell products from the front of the room.
