has anybody ever heard of useourmoney2makemoney.com? They claim to give you a finders fee for finding distressed properties and give you a percentage of the profits after it sells. Is this legit? Or are they just trying to get you to pay for the training and never hear from them again? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Pure ol’ BS…Nothing more…They want you to pay them for their course, but how could they possibly invest their money in your properties like they say?..There was another company around a long time ago like this…Their “executive committee” turned down every offer brought to them…i.e., they never invested any money into their suckers’s, I mean students’s, properties…
