It’s suppose to be illegal to telemarket to cells phones (not that it stops them), but I’ve never heard anything about it being illegal to spam text. And they would have initiated the contact, which probably would make it legal, anyway.
People who pay for incoming calls would hate your guts.
It’s an Opt in system and they can opt out at anytime…
Besides its a great way to get contacts… And dirt cheap…
