I currently have access to a single family residential property which is licensed as a Residential Care Facility in California (although it has never been operational).
I was wondering if there were any other Residential Care Facility owners out there I can speak with or anybody else with advice/suggestions!
I believe I have the right resources in place and now I am starting my preparation and planning.
