Has anyone purchased any of the Real Estate Courses listed here on REI Club? Which one(s) would you recommend for a begininger with low funds?
What type/area of investing are you interested in? (wholesaling, Short Sales, Sub 2…)
If you’re new at this and finances are tight, the best ways to begin are either by wholesaling or lease options. Personally, I think lease options are much easier deals to get, so I would look at them as your starting point. That said, for $97 you can’t beat The Naked Investor manual.
