There are lots of free chat rooms. You can set oneup in a few minutes and link us to it.
Another idea is to just private message members here and call them. Or set up a conference chat.
Facebook has a feature to create group messages and live chats to fellow investors. One way to do it is to join local real estate group.
Contacts in your area are very helpful, but I guess you already know that. Facebook is also a nice idea for sending messages and also chatting live.
