Real Estate Auction

Hello

Is anyone interested in using a Real Estate auction to move some real estate?

Hi,

I do round robins from time to time, but last auctioneer I spoke to reguarding auctioning property wanted to charge about $30k to auction a $300k property, needless to say this was the only time I have ever inquired about auctioneer services for real estate.

I have no more interest as conducting round robins is cheap and easy and has good results.

I know an auctioneer that charges one percent of the listing price as a marketing fee for the auction

Auctioneers typically get paid with a buyers premium, from the new buyer at the auction

WOW $30,000 to auction a $300,000 property?

We charge sellers a pre-paid auction entry fee of $3,495 per house.

Those who want or need a reserve or minimum selling price must pre-pay a 1% reserve price service fee in the event they want more money than the property is worth. If the seller accepts the winning high bid then the service fee is applied as a pre-paid commission, paid for by the buyer and it goes right back into the sellers pocket at closing.

There has only been one time in the past ten years when a greedy seller or stupid lender who turned down the cold hard cash we delivered at auction has actually sold for more.

A properly produced & managed auction will deliver 100% of the present cash market value for a property 100% of the time.
