I doubt you will ever find an attorney to do what you are contemplating. Attorneys despise looking over contracts that someone downloaded off the internet. Why would you expect the Attorney to look at your contract for free? Call an attorney who offers a free consultation, many of them do, set an appointment and meet with them. Attorneys risk malpractice whenever they give advice and would prefer to be paid for that risk.
I already had one attorney look over the contracts. FOR FREE!!. That was a relief for me. I did, however, pay an attorney fee for some other questions I had from a different attorney. This attorney responded before the other attorney, which led me to go ahead an pay to have my other concerns answered.
