Real Estate Attorney instead of Title Company

I am about to enter into a contract without being represented by agent. I was thinking instead of using Title company I will use the service os Attorney. I am looking for a Real Estate Attorney who specializes in Short Sales as well as closing settlement in the virginia

Can someone refer me to reliable Real Estate Attorney with a good track record and expertise in short sales as well closings? Also please provide your thoughts??

I would go to the local REIA and see who the seasoned investors are using for their transactions. The is a great video on my blog about REIA’s. To find a local club in your area google national REIA or I think there may be a list on this site.
