I am looking for software for real estate purchase analysis. This SW must be user friendly and not just spread sheet or excell based product.
What can you suggest?

Thanks for the shameless promotion which I do not mind at all. After scouring your web page I do not know what the requirements are needed for loading and operating. Do I need Excel? Which I do not have and will not get being that I am a Corel fanatic.
I have purchased a program which I am trying to return now since it did not tell me before downloading that it required Excel.
