Real estate agents who give back part of teh commision

Hi,

How do I find an agent who will give back at least 1% in the Austin and Dallas areas?

A few questions…are you selling, buying, or both? Sounds like you’re wanting a rebate at closing, but what’s in it for the agent?

If you’re selling, there are tons of 1% companies who give rebates. Not sure they’re the best agents, but they may be willing to take less pay.
