Good day from California everyone, hope you all are doing awesome. For all you listing seeking agents out there, what is your most successful lead generation tool Direct mail? Door knocking? I’m just beginning my marketing funnel and have started with my COI, got a few leads out of that and now I’m ready to branch off into the next step. I’d like to stay clear of Zillow and other paid online marketing for now. I tried Zillow for some months and got 0 leads. Eventually I’ll come back to it after I’ve created some deal flow.
