Hello everyone,

I am curious to know how the seasoned investors out there handle the accounting portion of the real estate investing business. Do you use Quickbooks? I am looking for a program/software tailored for real estate investors.

Myself and two other business partners own about 20 units and are working on closing on a trailer park soon amongst other things. With this sort of rapid expansion I need to know how the pro’s are accounting for and organizing their business.

Thanks for that! I wasn’t aware tenant tracker existed. Anybody have any other bits of advice they would like to throw out there regarding the accounting/tax preparation portion of the biz.
