If you network w/ Realtors looking for referals on properties, what is in it for them other then you sliding them a few bucks for the referal. I was reading on another site about using land trusts etc. and there was a post talking about how they got referals from a realtor all the time and the realtor was getting 3%. I cant see how that would be possibe, until the home was sold/refinanced 2-3 years down the road…
any insight on this…if you know what I’m talking about re. the land trust / triple net lease methods…?
