Is anyone doing real estate options–not lease options? What form are you using and how can I get a copy of a really good one?
As in straight options? If that’s the case this is in the wrong forum and I’ll move it there now. If I’m wrong please correct me.

I would think any course on the subject will include a variety of contracts needed. Try any of these authors: Claude Diamond, John Locke, Michael Carbonare, Bill Bronchick.
