going to Law school to specialize in RE, because I’m positive there is a LARGE market it for it.
I went to law school for a year way back when but quit – not because I couldn’t learn the law, I loved it. I just couldn’t stand the obnoxious drivel I had to hear from my egotistical classmates, with the exception of only one or two. Dropped out and went into rehab counseling – best decision I ever made.

the things you need to know you can’t get answered by asking. you’ll know when and only when you see how well they take care of you.
I believe GA is a title company state. Most all of the RE attorneys own their own title company or work for one.
Perhaps you can find a title company attorney who will take private clients.
What is your primary reason for having an attorney on your team? What role do you want them to play?
