RE Attorney?

I am looking at a couple investment properties out of state. Anyone know a Real Estate Attorney near Lexington Kentucky and Houston TX?

I need info on forming an LLC in those states vs here in NJ.

Thanks.

What information do you need? You will have to register in all those states if you will manage the LLCs from NJ.

I am not a landlord, so I will be using a property management company. But I need an attorney so I can set up those LLCs if I need them, or I know sometimes the Title Company does that. And I have questions about paying myself from the LLCs, or do I pay the main LLC I have here in NJ.

A real estate attorney is not qualified to set up LLCs. You need an attorney who has experience in creditor/debtor law, bankruptcy law, corporate law, entity formation, and litigation. You will also need a tax expert to evaluate the tax consequences of the LLC.
