I was curious about this as well, they advertise like crazy on craigslist
I have loked at them and another. here’s the problem with them. they double discount the notes, at least thats they way I was shown by the “guru” of notes mike morriangello.
here’s how it works
selling a note on a 100k property, buyer has lousy credit 550 - 580 ( heck mike won’t go below 600 ficos)
sales price is 100k
80% of that is 80k
80% of 80k is 64k ( thats generous) !!- that is what is funded a week or more later when they can “sell” the note for cash. and the buyer is on the hook for 80k, depending on his "cash " dP.
How many times are you going to run into a deal like this and MAKE MONEY- not very often. you would be better to do a L/P w/ seller financing or buy that course on tv and learn to “sell” the notes- you will make more money.
