I’ve found a few properties that may have some potential in the Raleigh NC area, but i was a little worried about buying a rehab so close to the end of the sell season. Anyone from the area who can tell me if its wise to buy now? Essentially i wouldnt be able to carry longer then 6 months, Which would be the end of my HML anyway. Any advice from others? Is the time between September and Feb. really a bad time for real estate? Any recommendations for if i do go over 6 months?
