We have been flipping houses and have investors currently but could do double or triple the number per month if we just had more money to use. After repairs, these places are still at about 60% or less of appraised value. All our current investors are happy and have made money on every deal.
Obviously, someday we’d like to be able to fund all of this internally…
I’ve read about many different ways to get money for real estate investing but in this specific situation…does anybody know the Best idea?
