We use Craigslist also - we also find flyer delivery people that way to and often we get someone to do flyers and they’ll end up looking for vacant/uglies for us too.
Are you going to pay them to bring you leads? If not, my experience is they won’t last long. We pay them up-front and a bonus when we close a deal…
