If the property has been listed with a Realtor can the sale option still be executed?
I contacted a motived seller from FSBO magazine, but between the time he listed it and now he has since gotten a realtor. He wants to sell the house, and i have a potential buyer. But the only issue is the Realtor, can this be done?
