I’ll be signing a lease option agreement with a seller this weekend, owner of the house is an LLC. 2 brothers own the LLC as equal partners. Do both brothers need to sign the agreement or can one act as an agent for the LLC and sign a binding agreement?
which ever brother is authorized as manager of the LLC can/should sign.
